Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Indian-Properties for any product or service, including but not limited to Featured Listings, Property Boost, Paid Leads, or Advertising Packages, are non-refundable.
Once a service is activated or a listing is posted, the service is considered "consumed," and no refund requests will be entertained.
Refund requests based on "lack of response" or "quality of leads" are not valid, as the Platform only provides a medium for connectivity and does not guarantee successful transactions.
2. Cancellation of Services
- User-Initiated Cancellation: You may stop using our services or delete your listing at any time. However, any remaining balance or unused portion of a paid package will not be refunded or credited back to your account.
- Platform-Initiated Cancellation: Indian-Properties reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account/listing without notice if you violate our Terms and Conditions, the property listed is found to be fraudulent, sold, or misrepresented, or the payment is disputed by your bank through a chargeback. In such cases, any payment made shall be forfeited.
3. Refund Under Exceptional Circumstances
A refund may be considered, at the sole discretion of the Management, only in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same service due to a technical glitch in our system.
- Service Non-Activation: If a payment is successful but the service is not activated within 48-72 working hours after a formal complaint is raised.
- Approved Refund Timeline: In case of an approved refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days, after deducting applicable taxes and administrative charges.
4. Non-Transferability
Paid packages and credits are linked to a specific user account and a specific property. You cannot transfer your paid credits or listing benefits to another user or another property listing.
5. Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service/listing will be suspended immediately. You will be liable to pay any costs associated with the chargeback before the service can be reinstated.
6. Changes to This Policy
Indian-Properties reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
